Dharma Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative. Dharma Systems, Inc., with offices in Brookline, NH and Sleep Hollow, NY, is a developer and marketer of application integration technology. The ideal candidate will be aggressive and possess a proven record of success in a fast-paced sales environment; be goal-oriented and assertive, exhibiting an ability to drive profitable sales; be organized and supportive of corporate goals and objectives. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential.

To Qualify:

At least 2 years of inside sales experience – software sales a plus

Able to identify and acquire new customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking leads

Experience with solution selling

Exceptional verbal and written skills

Enjoys the excitement and benefits of working at an entrepreneurial company

Energetic, self-motivated, well organized person, attention to detail

Desire to call senior management of potential customers to generate interest in Dharma’s business offerings

Able to schedule appointments for sales team
